Welcome to Girijapati Trades. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By visiting our website, viewing our products, submitting an enquiry, placing a retail order or contacting us for a bulk or wholesale order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and any other policies displayed on our website.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or purchasing any product. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website or place an order with Girijapati Trades.
1. Business Information
Girijapati Trades operates from 911, Dosti Greater Thane, Old Mumbai-Agra Road, Kopar, Thane, Maharashtra – 421302. Customers may contact us by email at support@girijapatitrades.com or through WhatsApp at +91 72083 21361. Our customer-support hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If an order is placed on behalf of a business, company, institution, firm, trust or other organisation, the person placing the order confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that organisation.
Persons who are not legally competent to enter into a contract should use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and Services
Girijapati Trades offers products that may include pooja essentials, spiritual and religious-use products, handcrafted goods, natural and biodegradable products, daily-use products, agricultural products, gardening products, fertilizer-related products and other products displayed on the website from time to time.
We reserve the right to add, update, replace, modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. The availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available until an order is placed and accepted.
4. Product Information
Girijapati Trades makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, sizes, materials, quantities, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, minor errors or differences may occasionally occur.
Products made from natural, biodegradable, handcrafted or hand-painted materials may have slight differences in colour, texture, shape, finish, design, size or weight. These variations may result from seasonal changes, raw materials, production methods, photography, lighting, screen settings or different manufacturing batches.
Such minor variations that do not materially affect the intended use or basic nature of the product will not automatically be treated as defects.
5. Product Images
Product photographs and images displayed on the website are provided for informational and representational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but the actual product may appear slightly different from the image shown on the website.
Differences may occur because of lighting, camera settings, screen resolution, seasonal raw materials, handmade finishing, production batches or changes in packaging. Customers are advised to read the full product description, specifications, quantity and other details before placing an order.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.
An order will be treated as accepted only after the order has been successfully placed, payment has been received or authorised where applicable, product availability has been confirmed and Girijapati Trades has accepted the order.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer and offer a suitable alternative, a revised delivery timeline, partial fulfilment of the order or cancellation and refund for the unavailable product. The customer will not be required to accept an alternative product.
7. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order or submitting an enquiry. This includes the customer’s name, mobile number, email address, billing address, delivery address, PIN code and any other information required to process the order.
Girijapati Trades will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, additional expense or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
Customers should immediately contact us if they notice an error in their order or contact details. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
8. Customer Accounts
Where the website provides an option to create a customer account, the customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials and password confidential.
The customer must inform Girijapati Trades if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. We will not be responsible for losses caused by the customer’s failure to protect their account details or device.
Girijapati Trades may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, fake orders, repeated refusal of deliveries, misuse of discount offers, abusive conduct, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Guest Checkout
Where guest checkout is available, customers may place an order without creating an account. Customers using guest checkout must still provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
A customer using guest checkout will remain bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other policies displayed on the website.
10. Order Placement and Confirmation
Before placing an order, customers should carefully review the selected product, variation, quantity, price, shipping charges, delivery address, billing information and final payable amount.
After an order is placed, the customer may receive an automated confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or the website. This automated confirmation only confirms that the order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
Girijapati Trades may verify the order, payment status, customer information, product availability, delivery serviceability and pricing before accepting and dispatching the order.
11. Right to Reject or Cancel Orders
Girijapati Trades reserves the right to hold, reject or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the payment fails, the price or product information is incorrect, the delivery location is not serviceable, customer information is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected or the order violates these Terms and Conditions.
We may also reject or cancel an order where there is a technical error, misuse of a coupon or discount, unusually large quantities, unlawful activity, regulatory restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where Girijapati Trades cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount received for the cancelled product will be refunded according to our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
12. Prices
The prices shown on the website generally apply to retail orders placed directly through the website unless otherwise mentioned.
Product prices may change due to supplier pricing, raw-material costs, seasonal availability, packaging costs, transportation costs, market conditions or promotional offers. Girijapati Trades may revise prices at any time without prior notice.
A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for. However, if a price was displayed incorrectly due to a technical, calculation or listing error, Girijapati Trades may cancel the affected order and refund the amount received.
13. Taxes, Shipping and Additional Charges
The final amount payable by the customer may include the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, special packaging charges or other disclosed charges.
All applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed. Girijapati Trades does not intend to add hidden service charges after order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for express delivery, fragile packaging, heavy products, oversized shipments, remote delivery locations, bulk transportation, multiple delivery attempts or special arrangements requested by the customer. Such charges will be communicated before confirmation wherever reasonably possible.
14. Payment Methods
Customers may make payment using the payment methods displayed on the website or communicated by Girijapati Trades for a particular order.
Payment methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, payment gateway, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery or another authorised payment method.
The availability of a particular payment option may depend on the product, order value, delivery location, customer eligibility, payment provider or fraud-prevention checks.
15. Payment Processing
Online payments may be processed through third-party banks, payment gateways, UPI service providers or financial-service providers. These third parties may have separate terms, privacy policies, processing timelines and transaction limits.
Girijapati Trades does not intentionally request or store a customer’s UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or One-Time Password. Customers should never share such confidential information with Girijapati Trades or with any person claiming to represent us.
16. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If an amount is deducted from the customer’s account but the order is not confirmed, the customer should first check their order status and payment-provider records.
The customer may contact Girijapati Trades by sharing the transaction reference and order details. We will make reasonable efforts to verify whether the payment has been received.
Where a payment has failed or remained pending with the bank or payment provider, the refund or reversal may be handled according to that provider’s processing timeline.
17. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, order values and delivery locations. Girijapati Trades may contact the customer to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or disable Cash on Delivery where the customer has repeatedly refused deliveries, provided incorrect information, placed suspicious orders or is located in an area where Cash on Delivery is unavailable.
18. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery will be governed by the separate Shipping and Delivery Policy available on the website.
Orders will be processed and dispatched based on product availability, quantity, payment confirmation, packaging requirements, courier availability, delivery location and other operational factors.
Any delivery date shown or communicated is an estimated date unless Girijapati Trades expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural calamities, courier disruptions, transport issues, public holidays, traffic, regulatory checks, incorrect customer information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by emailing support@girijapatitrades.com or contacting us through WhatsApp at +91 72083 21361.
The cancellation request should include the customer’s name, order number, registered mobile number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation will normally be possible before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
All cancellation requests will be handled according to the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy displayed on the website.
20. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds will be governed by the separate Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
Customers may be eligible for assistance where they receive a damaged product, incorrect product, materially defective product, missing product or incorrect quantity.
Girijapati Trades may request photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping-label images, order details and other reasonable information to verify the claim.
We may coordinate with the courier company, manufacturer, producer or supplier while investigating a complaint. However, Girijapati Trades will remain the customer’s point of contact for an order placed with us.
21. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Girijapati Trades may provide promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts or special prices from time to time.
Such offers may be subject to a validity period, minimum order value, product restriction, customer eligibility, maximum discount, usage limit, payment-method restriction or other condition.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Girijapati Trades may withdraw or correct an offer where it has been affected by fraud, misuse, technical error, pricing error, duplicate accounts or violation of the promotional terms.
22. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Girijapati Trades accepts enquiries for bulk, wholesale, reseller, corporate, institutional and large-quantity orders.
Bulk orders may be placed by contacting us through email, WhatsApp, telephone, the website enquiry form or another approved method.
Submitting a bulk-order enquiry does not guarantee product availability, pricing, delivery timing or acceptance of the order.
23. Bulk-Order Quotations
Prices and conditions for bulk orders may be provided through a written quotation, proforma invoice, email, WhatsApp confirmation or formal agreement.
A bulk-order quotation may include the product description, quantity, minimum order quantity, price, payment terms, packaging charges, transportation charges, delivery schedule, quotation validity, cancellation conditions and other special terms.
Where an accepted quotation contains terms that differ from these general Terms and Conditions, the written quotation or bulk-order agreement will apply to that particular order, subject to applicable law.
24. Confirmation of Bulk Orders
A bulk order will be treated as confirmed only after Girijapati Trades has accepted the product and quantity requirement, the customer has accepted the quotation, billing and delivery details have been provided, product specifications have been approved and the required advance or full payment has been received.
A verbal discussion or enquiry alone will not be treated as confirmation of a bulk order.
25. Bulk-Order Pricing
Bulk-order prices may depend on the quantity, product availability, supplier pricing, raw-material cost, manufacturing requirement, packaging, transportation, delivery location, seasonal availability, payment terms and customisation requirements.
Retail prices, website discounts and promotional coupons will not apply to bulk orders unless expressly agreed in writing.
If the final quantity differs from the quantity mentioned in the quotation, Girijapati Trades may revise the price.
26. Bulk-Order Payments
Bulk orders may require full advance payment, partial advance payment, a booking amount, balance payment before dispatch or another payment schedule stated in the quotation.
Girijapati Trades will not be required to begin procurement, production, customisation, packaging or dispatch until the agreed payment has been received.
27. Bulk-Order Cancellation
Bulk orders may not be cancelled after product procurement, production, customisation, special packaging or transportation arrangements have started.
Where a bulk-order cancellation is accepted, Girijapati Trades may deduct actual non-recoverable expenses already incurred. These may include procurement costs, production costs, packaging costs, customisation expenses, payment-processing charges, transportation bookings and other order-specific expenses.

28. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reading all product descriptions, labels, instructions, warnings and storage requirements before using a product.
Products should only be used for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, producer or Girijapati Trades.
Girijapati Trades will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from incorrect use, negligent handling, improper storage, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow instructions, use beyond the intended purpose or use after the expiry date.
Nothing in this clause limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
29. Agricultural, Gardening and Fertilizer Products
Customers purchasing agricultural, gardening or fertilizer-related products must follow all applicable product instructions, recommended dosage, safety warnings and storage requirements.
Results may vary depending on soil conditions, climate, water quality, crop type, dosage, application method, storage and other environmental factors.
Girijapati Trades does not guarantee a particular crop yield, plant growth or agricultural result unless such a guarantee is expressly provided in writing by the product manufacturer.
30. Spiritual and Traditional Products
Products intended for spiritual, religious, cultural or traditional use are offered according to commonly understood or stated purposes.
Girijapati Trades does not guarantee any specific spiritual, religious, personal, financial, medical or life outcome from purchasing or using such products.
Customers should use these products according to their own beliefs, traditions and preferences.
31. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the Girijapati Trades website, including the business name, logo, branding, original photographs, written content, graphics, layout, product presentation and promotional materials, belongs to Girijapati Trades or is used with permission.
Customers and website visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell or commercially use such content without prior written permission.
Product names, manufacturer trademarks and third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners.
32. Customer Reviews and Feedback
Customers may be permitted to submit product reviews, ratings, photographs, comments or feedback.
By submitting content, the customer confirms that the content is genuine, lawful and based on their actual experience. The content must not be false, abusive, defamatory, threatening, misleading, promotional, unrelated or in violation of another person’s rights.
Girijapati Trades may remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions. Genuine negative feedback will not be removed solely because it is unfavourable.
33. Prohibited Use of the Website
Customers and visitors must not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not submit false information, place fake orders, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, introduce malware, misuse discounts, impersonate another person, copy website content without permission or engage in activity that may damage Girijapati Trades or another person.
Girijapati Trades may restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel orders or take legal action where misuse is suspected.
34. Third-Party Services
The website may use or contain links to third-party services such as payment gateways, courier companies, WhatsApp, social-media platforms, analytics services and external websites.
Girijapati Trades does not control the independent terms, content, availability, security or privacy practices of such third parties.

35. Fraudulent Transactions
Girijapati Trades reserves the right to verify, hold or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful.
We may restrict access to customers who repeatedly place fake orders, refuse deliveries, misuse refund procedures, use unauthorised payment methods or violate these Terms and Conditions.
Where reasonably required, information may be shared with payment providers, courier companies, legal advisers or authorities for fraud prevention and investigation.
36. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Girijapati Trades will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website unavailability, delivery delays beyond our control, customer misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, inaccurate customer information or independent services provided by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any customer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
37. Force Majeure
Girijapati Trades will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, floods, severe weather, fire, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, courier interruption, internet failure, payment-system failure, government restrictions, civil unrest, shortage of materials or other similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and fulfil, reschedule or refund eligible orders as appropriate.
38. Privacy
The collection, use, storage and sharing of customer information will be governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Girijapati Trades website.
By using the website or providing personal information, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
39. Changes to These Terms
